So I bought this because I didn't want to spend that much on period panties, and this is a 3 pack, which is great. I've never used them before, so i wasn't quite sure what to expect. So when i got these, i was pleasantly surprised that they're not bulky, they're super comfortable, and really are high waisted, with plenty of stretch. I was still being cautious though, so when i put them on, i went to the bathroom like every 45 minutes to an hour to feel the underside., just to keep an eye out for leaks. I'm glad i did. I leaked through the first pair, but that's more because i have a REALLY heavy flow, and wasn't sure just how much these would absorb. The rest, not so much. I did end up going through my 3 pairs of panties in one day (i bleed less at night for some reason), and threw them in the wash first thing when i woke up. I air dried them, because i wasn't sure about care instructions. They dried fairly quickly, which was a bit surprising for me because usually when there's a layer of absorbent material or waterproof material, it takes a bit longer to air dry. All in all, i think that if you're aware that you bleed heavily, you should be aware that these do have the potential to leak, if you don't change them often enough or use them with another product. They can become oversaturated easily if you're not paying attention. However, on my lighter days, i only needed one pair to last me the whole day, without leaks. They say they hold the equivalent to about 2 pads, but for me it's more like 1.5 pads.I think my biggest issue is that they can become saturated easily in one spot, instead of it spreading out a bit like pads do, so it's easier to leak through on heavier days.
