Loved the fit! So expensive-looking and still a modest dress!This dress is such a great cut, the white WOULD have been beautiful… unfortunately the fabric is extremely clingy, so sheer that no matter what I tried under it you could see any seams, bumps etc. I’m slender and do not need shapewear but because I so wanted to keep it I purchased a shape wear nude slip that went all the way to the bust and aprox mid thigh thinking it would do the trick but no! I bought the black as well and it’s much finer quality, better fabric and fit! Same exact dress. Also the white arrived in what looks like a cheap used bag and not the Norma Kamali bags my other 2 items arrived in. It looked like it may have been worn… do not waste your money on the White!!! The black looks and feels like the GOOD quality that Norma is known for.Love it !Such a horrible dress. Terrible flimsy material. Nothing like the picture. What happened to this designer? Her clothes used to be great. Disappointing.Disappointed with the quality and fit.If you don’t want to return it, don’t bother yourself to give it a tryI didn't have much confidence in this dress because of the length (I'm under 5'4) and wondered whether the dress would look just as columnar and chic with my curves as it looks on the model who is obviously rail thin and tall. Surprisingly, its simplicity with the collar and simple neckline mimicked a shirtdress. Then you have ties sewn into the sides of the dress where you control how tight or loose you want to have it. Tighter accentuated my hips and "backside" (not in a bad way, either) and the ties form a pattern in the front as you knot them. Surprisingly, the length was just a teensy longer than on the model, but wearing the taller heels I'm planning to wear with them made the length exactly the same as shown in the picture. no dragging on the floor. I opted for my usual size in this brand 38/M.
