I'm 5.2, 112 lbs, 5 months pregnant with my first baby, and I chose small. The pants themselves were perfect. I like the shape, the lines, the length, the material, everything. However, only the belly part which should gently cover the abdomen was so tight. I was surprised to receive it because the waist thickness looked similar to my 58 pound dog's neck thickness (very thin). When I tried it on, it was okay at first, but I was worried if I could do 8 hours of desk work with the pants. My belly will get even bigger soon. Therefore, I decided not to buy it unfortunately.
